Namaha Yoga is based on Traditional Hatha Yoga with the influence of Hot/Bikram series blended with Vinyasa/power flow, Yin and Hot Pilates working the whole body (Upper, Lower, Core/Abs, Hips & Internal organs).

Namaha founder Navin was fortunate to be involved in yoga from a very early age and blessed by saints in his quest for learning/growth/teaching in the field of yogic science. He is certified in various forms of yoga with his first venture in California around 2001 and ever since been instrumental in opening studios around the world teaching, mentoring, conducting seminars/teacher training.
