Namaha Yoga is based on Traditional Hatha Yoga with the influence of Hot/Bikram series blended with Vinyasa/power flow, Yin and Hot Pilates working the whole body (Upper, Lower, Core/Abs, Hips & Internal organs).
Well suited for beginners with basic postures well structured sequenced timed and taught along with breathing and relaxation helping in balancing nervous system (parasympatatic and sympatatix) in physical emotional mental as well as the immune system.
Overall it works on the flexibility, toning/strengthening of the body, improving concentration and calming of the mind/breath giving excellent results in Weight loss, Back/knee issues. Diabetes, Heart. Arthritis, Hormonal imbalances, Thyroid, Bone degeneration issues etc. working the total body inside-out – upper/lower, core, hips and Internal
The technique allows the stretching, squeezing and massaging of the internal organs, flushing out the cardiovascular system and stimulating the endocrine and nervous systems in order to release any deficient hormones and enzymes. The body is self-regulating and self adjusting.
Overall it’s a 60-70 minutes power packed low-high intensity workout for beginner’s to advanced students.

Namaha founder Navin was fortunate to be involved in yoga from a very early age and blessed by saints in his quest for learning/growth/teaching in the field of yogic science. He has been exposed to various forms of hatha, pranayama and meditation techniques under the guidance of different masters and has extensively travelled covering various ashrams, meeting spiritual / enlightened beings. He is certified in various forms of yoga with his first venture in California around 2001 and ever since been instrumental in opening studios around the world teaching, mentoring, conducting seminars/teacher training.
