Please arrive 10-15 minutes early

Bring a bottle of water, yoga mat and large towel

Wear light clothing (easy to sweat & stretch)

Hydration is important – drink plenty of water

Avoid eating 2 hours before the class

Avoid leaving the room during class

Avoid Perfume, Gum, Cell phones in the class

Remain silent & stillness in between postures

Listen to the teacher & move with the class
